Meet Stephanie
OTR/L, CLC, Owner of Small Steps, Big Leaps
Stephanie is a licensed pediatric occupational therapist serving families in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Autism Studies from Towson University, and is also a certified lactation counselor.
Her passion for helping infants and young children with feeding and developmental challenges began during a clinical rotation in Nashville and has only grown since. Stephanie has led infant feeding and development programs in outpatient clinics, worked closely with providers on pre- and post-tongue tie therapy, and completed extensive training in pediatric development, feeding therapy, and lactation support.
She specializes in caring for babies and young children with torticollis, head shape concerns, feeding difficulties (breast, bottle, and solids), and picky eating. Her approach is rooted in play, progress, and partnership, offering stress-free, child-led therapy that supports the whole family from day one.
Outside of work, you’ll find Stephanie outdoors with her husband Kyle, their two boys, Daxten and Carson, and their husky, Axel. Whether it’s riding four-wheelers, camping, or braving Colorado for their winter wedding, this crew is always up for an adventure.

Meet Erica
I have been an Occupational Therapist for 16 years. I started my career in skilled nursing rehabilitation, however, my dream was always to work in pediatrics. After three years working with adults, I joined an outpatient pediatric clinic where I worked with children ages 3-15 and a wide range of diagnoses. I’ve loved working with children and their families over the years, helping to reach their goals, big and small. After my first daughter was born, I worked as a contract therapist. When my second daughter was born, I decided to take some time off and be a full-time stay at home mom raising my little ones. I am now so excited to be back working with Small Steps, Big Leaps doing what I love. I live in Hanover with my husband and two daughters. In my free time, I love to cook and bake, read, and spend time outside with my family.
